3. back-propagation-based optimisation: to learn the parameters of the neural network, a back-propagation algorithm is used to minimise the loss function. This allows the neural network to find the optimal parameters for finding a solution that satisfies the physical equations.

4. incorporation of the physical equations: information from the physical equations is directly incorporated when defining the loss function. This allows the neural network to learn the physical equations and reproduce the physical behaviour appropriately.

5. integration of data-driven and physical modelling: PINNs allow the integration of data-driven approaches and physical modelling. This allows both observational data and physical equations to be used for analysis and prediction.

Physically Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) are a data-driven approach to partial differential equations (PDEs). This code will be for solving partial differential equations in one dimension. To extend the range of applications, PDEs and conditions should be applied to the functions pde(), initial_condition() and boundary_condition(). Challenges and measures for physically informed neural networks (PINNs).

Physically Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) are an excellent method, but face several challenges. The challenges of PINNs and measures to address them are described below.
