Over the years, we have shared our research on AI architecture and intelligence through conference presentations, seminars, blog articles, and books.
To make these ideas more accessible to a wider audience, we have launched the Chinoba Research YouTube Channel, where many of the slides and concepts developed through our research are presented in a more visual and engaging format.

At the same time, we have reorganized our blog into a structured research library rather than simply a collection of individual articles.

Why We Started a YouTube Channel
Blogs and books are excellent for explaining theories and their background in depth.
However, many of the concepts we study—particularly AI architecture and the structure of intelligence—are much easier to understand when presented visually through diagrams and slides.
For this reason, we have transformed many of the presentation materials used in our talks into narrated video lectures, creating a series that allows viewers to learn these ideas in a systematic way.
Our goal is not to introduce individual AI technologies.
Instead, we hope to provide a coherent understanding of what we call the Architecture of Intelligence, built upon research themes such as:
- Decision Trace Model
- Runtime Society
- Knowledge Flow
- Trust Infrastructure
- Human-AI Coordination
- Intelligence Field
Available in Both English and Japanese
To make our research accessible to both domestic and international audiences, every series is published in both Japanese and English.
Current series include:
- AI Philosophy
- Chinoba Architecture
- Decision Trace Model
- Runtime Society
- Case Studies
We will continue expanding the channel by adding new series as our research evolves.
Our Blog Has Become a Research Library
Alongside the YouTube launch, we have reorganized our blog around research themes.
Previously, articles were primarily intended to be read individually.
Today, they are organized so that readers can follow related topics and gradually build a comprehensive understanding of the research as a whole.
Current research topics include:
- AI Architecture
- AI Governance
- Decision-Making
- Knowledge Infrastructure
- Runtime Society
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Trust
- Intelligence Field
Each medium now serves a different purpose.
The videos provide an overview of each topic.
The blog explores the underlying theories and background.
Our books present more comprehensive discussions.
And Chinoba.org brings everything together as a unified research platform.
Our Purpose
Our objective is not to showcase the latest AI models or tools.
The question that drives our research is much more fundamental:
How should humans and AI build relationships, and what kind of architecture of intelligence should we create for society?
AI models continue to become more powerful.
Yet better models alone will not create a society where humans and AI can truly collaborate.
What matters is understanding:
- How decisions are made
- How knowledge flows
- How trust is established
- How humans and AI coordinate with one another
These are not merely technical questions.
They are questions about the underlying structure that makes intelligence possible.
Through YouTube, our blog, our books, github and Chinoba.org, we hope to communicate this research on the Architecture of Intelligence in a way that is both systematic and accessible.
Looking Ahead
Going forward, each platform will play a complementary role:
- YouTube for visual explanations using slides and diagrams
- The blog for theoretical discussions and essays
- Chinoba.org for organizing the research into a unified framework
- Books for more comprehensive and in-depth exploration
The future of AI is not simply about building larger models.
It is about creating better decision-making.
Better knowledge flow.
Better coordination.
And ultimately, a better Architecture of Intelligence that enables humans and AI to create value together.
We look forward to continuing this research and sharing its progress with the community.
